Book: How to Control Your Emotions
My Story
It took a long time to Master my Emotions. I was in the United States Army for 12 years. During my first deployment, my emotions began to get out of sync. They were affecting my everyday life. I ended up getting in trouble a lot for things I feel were not my fault. I even yelled at my NCO. These emotions were a sign of Post-Traumatic Sindrome or known as PTSD. I was never diagnosed in the military as I would be seen as weak.
This was a difficult time for me. It was not until I met my wife that things started to turn around. She pushed me to do things I used to enjoy before the military. However, my emotions and PTSD got in the way a lot as we would argue over the simple thing.
Things started getting better and I learned to control my emotions in a more positive and healthy way. Throughout the pages of, "How to Master Your Emotions," I give you parts of my story and the various ways I learned to be a Master of my Emotions.
